Letter to Sprint Billing
[To which Sprint has not responded to the contrary to refute
the claim of no payment]
Sprint
P.O. Box 96064
Charlotte, North Carolina 28296
Dear Head Officer of Billing;
Enclosed are the answers of Mr. Len Lauer CEO
and President of Sprint's Customer
Solutions, see highlighted answers. It is self explanatory in that I am not
required to pay the federal excise tax for the reasons shown in the Tacit default
Document. Please note page 6 of that document, and his answers.
This is billings notice that as of next month, September, I will no longer be
paying the federal
excise tax listed on your billing as per the admissions of the Sprint CEO. Since
Sprint has been collecting this illegal federal tax under color of law, ;
without any implementing regulation, no authorized OMB number, no Federal Form
exists to make payment and Statute, when can I expect the disputed amount to
be returned to me since I instituted the suit in 1998?
If you have anything to dispute the default
and answers of Mr. Len Lauer on the matter before September billing then it
will be a forgone conclusion that you remove the federal tax from my bill from
September on. If need be I will institute suit to get a refund of all "federal
tax" from the inception of my suit in 1998. What arrangements can you make
to insure I don't have to institute suit to get my money back and in the process
bring criminal charges through the department of Justice for exaction under
color of law?
This is a statement of disputed/protested charges to preserve my status,
because of the on going illegal acts of Sprint, when the time arises. There
is no time limit on fraud and, this matter has never been settled in any court.
Therefore, I take exception to the binding arbitration agreement due to the
extortionate nature of the charges, RICO. For more information on the protest
payment go to http://www.atgpress.com/court/phonecase/TOC.html
