Court Case of Importance

This was an e mail to the PUC attorney in response to his letter to me that I sent on the 15th. No response today and I don't expect I will get one.

Robert, after reading your September 9, 2004, letter to me, which shows either lack of comprehension or as the following attached says, the corruption lies with lawyers. I really did not expect PUC to do anything without the approval of the Sprint lawyers telling you (PUC) what to do even though the President of Sprint admitted the tax was illegally collected. But even more shocking is your statement that "the Public Staff will not advise or represent you in this matter." Pray tell me why then have a PUC that is designed to protect the consuming "Public" from the unlawful and illegal exaction of property from the consuming public? It is obvious that criminal extortion exists in the exaction of the repealed federal excise tax appearing on every ones phone bill, as it's done under color of law with PUC's green flag go ahead in conspiracy involvement. Perhaps the FBI should be consulted on this criminal activity? But as the article says , would it do any good since lawyers run this country? You might want to read Charles Warren's book on the History of the American Bar and you can read excerpts on your profession at atgpress at http://www.atgpress.com/inform/indexinf.htm. Just scroll down till you see The American Bar, and while you are at it read this that is posted there also for all to see and there is more to be added including your letter to me of September 9, 2004

That's all I am going to say on the matter on e mail.
