A Great Patriot and Christian Man Has Fallen!
March 15, 2007
Hello, Folks;
It is with great sorrow and a heavy heart that I must tell you that I have just learned of the death of Edgar Francis Bradley, of Cincinnati, Ohio, through a copy of a letter from his wife, sent to one of Ed's friends.
Ed Bradley was a cheerful, gregarious, peaceful, and dedicated foe of tyranny. He was a practicing Christian who read the Bible literally when it said to help your fellow man. He was generous to a fault, and always ready to help someone in trouble.
In 2000, the IRS went after Ed and his two sons, Edgar, Jr. and Roy, for failure to file income taxes. After lengthy proceedings in federal court in Cincinnati, the three were convicted and sent to federal prison. Ed for five years, the sons for a bit less.
That left Ed's wife, Betty, another son, and a daughter and grandchildren without the heads of the families involved, and struggling to make ends meet.
Sound familiar? It should. At trial, the judge never let Ed or the sons mount any meaningful defense, yet gave the prosecutors free rein to say and do whatever they wanted. That ensured a conviction for the government. All appeals were, of course, denied.
Ed got out of prison and returned too his family to try to reconstruct the life the IRS had destroyed. The letter from his wife, reproduced below, will tell you the rest of the heartbreaking story.
It is the same thing, again and again. The IRS, the Department of Justice's maniacal prosecutors, and the federal judiciary, coming together to crush an American citizen who would dare to question the already questionable tactics of the rogue IRS.
There are some who might say that the government slowly tortured and finally executed Ed as surely as if they put a gun to his head and pulled the trigger. What do you think?
Anyone wishing to send condolences and good wishes to his family may write Betty Bradley, 9891 Montgomery Road, #292, Montgomery, Ohio, 45242

ATG: Letter from Betty Bradley follows:
Dear......
In June '06 Ed was picked up while in Columbus, Ohio, for violating his probation. He was first in Columbus, then sent to Youngstown, Ohio, - then Oklahoma City, Okla., and finally to Chicago, Ill. where he was released. He came home Sept. 19 and had lost 35 lbs. and was very sick. He ended up unable to eat, went into heart failure, kidney failure and all his organs began to fail. He was hospitalized for about a week, and was put on dialysis. He came home for Thanksgiving. Returned to hospital the Friday after Thanksgiving for dialysis. Seemed to be doing better on Saturday but turned very bad and died sunday morning around 8:00 a.m. November 26.
They managed to take everything from us and on January '07 they foreclosed on our property and put me out of my home of 39 years. Because of all Ed went through he was unable to keep thing going.
So he had no estate, no insurance, no anything. I'm now living with my daughter and needless to say my heart is broken. We would have had our 50th wedding anniversary Feb. 23 - Ed would have turned 75 on November 30. Sorry I've had to tell you this bad news. I hope all goes better for you. Ed really liked you and so did I. Our battle doesn't seem to have done much good. Only time will tell.
Take care of yourself. God Bless You,
Betty Bradley
ATG: ....this is what America(?) has come to. Congress has abandoned all oversight of this rogue organization, that never will answer the questions asked...as they know they can't....or the public [maybe] might learn the truth. As long as they get their pound of flesh they don't give a damn what happens to the many who have questioned the so-called laws requiring us to give up well over 50% or our incomes and 100% of our lives to the collection bullies.
