The Informer is by profession a researcher of 40 years and worked for major 500 companies. He started the legal research into government as a whole in 1979 and went heavy into the taxation part, all phases, in 1981, and continues to this day. He is retired and uses his cognitive skills of 40 years to continue studying. His history research came about because of the government research that uncovered many inconsistencies in what people perceive to be true about government, but which is not. His inquiries and study led him to other historical researchers nationwide. The Informer, a well known author of legal mind and researcher published The New History of America. This book has been printed using all documented material. Most of which has been stamped and verified by the archivist. Other material has been gleaned from bookspublished by respected authors that have used government documents. This book is now undisputable in that all the information shows: 1. Constitutions are the corporate charter, by-laws of the States and United States. They are all private corporations, See Manta. 2. The courts are not social agenda courts for the people but law-merchant courts adjudicating contract. They too are listed as Private corporate courts, See Manta. 3. Citizenship of a private corporation called State is a contract that makes you subject to the State, therefore, subject to the jurisdiction of the United States as it is a sub-corporation of the United States in Union . 4. This citizenship makes you a resident/individual and come under any definition the legislature dreams up. 5. Constitutions and laws (statutes) made therefrom are only for government officials/employees, contract parties (that means those that call themselves state citizens whether the word is capitalized or not). 6. Everything that you do is by your own voluntary consent. 7. P.L. (Public Law) is man's positive law and apply to those in the "PUBLIC" sector, that is those in contract with the government called citizens of the STATE OF and all government officials. It does not apply to those not in contract with government. 8. All state and United States use the bastardized English Common Law which is CONTRACT LAW OF THE TRADER- LAW-MERCHANT. 9. The "common law" sought after and claimed by a lot of patriots is this COMMON LAW OF ENGLAND. 10. The Bar of England is the same bar that operates in America , only it is called THE AMERICAN BAR because it is in America not England . 11. This is why attorneys command a title of nobility under the Treaty with the Crown and the constitutions protect this by contract so the treaty with the Crown is not broken. 12. You pay the tax on the Form you file. It is not the law but the Form that applies the tax. That is why the Form 1040 states "1040 type of tax", it is voluntary as it is not a mandatory tax. BUT , since you voluntarily applied as a voter or registered to vote but don't you now are a member of that private corporate state. But there is another catch, even if you never voted or registered, they presume, when living on their corporate property, that you voluntarily consented to their corporate jurisdiction since you never openly declared you are not a citizen/resident of that private corporation. There is no way this can now be disputed by any researcher because this information has all been verified by archivist's.
