New Book Coming

   Why the Constitution is one big Fraud. What is written in it was dictated by the Crown to the Framers. Excerpts from a new book I am working on:

   Historical Fact; The United States never existed before the year 1787. The Constitution was adopted 1787 , ONLY by those few that drafted it. It was never put to the people to ratify or adopt it because the Crown dictated the parameters to the Founding Fathers so it could still control their property that was never given up via the Revolutionary war. Read the 1783 Treaty of Peace wherein the front man for the Crown, the King, actually dictated the terms of peace. The people sent to sign it from America did not dictate anything and their words no where appear as the terms writers. Here is the membership of the very First Congress convened under the Constitution. Remember all were British subjects

    The above would mean the first President to meet the requirements written into the Constitution could not hold office if he was not a natural Born Citizen of the United States and lived in the United States for 14 years AFTER the Constitution was adopted, as there was no United States created until 1787. That means having lived in the United States, NOT AMERICA, the COUNTRY, from 1787 would mean no man could hold office until 1801. And he could not be born a British subject or a Chinese subject or a French subject. Looking at the list of Presidents One would assume that Martin met this requirement in the Constitution, when the government propaganda said Martin Van Buren the 8 th President of the United States was a US citizen. All the rest from the first to the ninth were interlopers who did not meet the requirements they wrote into the constitution. They had no right whatsoever, according to the supposed “Law of the Land” to hold that office.. Now what gets interesting is that the first nine, with the exception of the 8 th were all born as British subjects on British soil. You can see that the government documents I obtained the data from. It even listed William Henry Harrison as the last president who was born a British subject.

   This is part truth and part lie as they always obfuscate everything so it fits the lie they tell you. See below for explanation it's a LIE.

   So let's see who really fit that requirement to meet the time line to be the real first President to constitutionally hold office:

   John Tyler was born on March 29, 1790 in Charles City County , Virginia (he was the 10th US President, serving from 1841 to 1845). American President John Tyler signaled the last gasp of the Old Virginia aristocracy in the White House. Born a few years after the American Revolution in 1790 to an old family from Virginia 's ruling class, Tyler graduated from the College of William and Mary at the age of seventeen, studied law, and went to work for a prestigious law firm in Richmond .    Now we have the First President Born in America that can be considered the very first President legally fitting the requirements of the Con job and that was the 10 th President John Tyler who was of the Whig Party that was opposed to all the corruption of the old presidents. And you can see that no common man had any say in drafting the con job as it is stated that Tyler was opposed to people voting that had no property.

  This is why the con job is a pure private law, written by and for them alone and why they can get along with it and why it never was presented to the people for any ratification whatsoever. Some real challenging answers they would have to come up with. So all their laws are void for not meeting the criteria for that office they held. It was a fraud. The Crown told them what to write in the Constitution so they could continue British control, not realizing what they did write. Or, if they did, that no one would figure out the fraud. They were right, weren't they? 221 years later I found this out only because the Obama situation arose to make me question the very beginning of this rat trap we are all in as slaves to their system. The proofs are in the new book not yet finished as to the Crown actually writing the Constitution for the United States was actually a sub corporation for the British Crown; and, they wrote into the Constitution that the United States could only use gold and silver coin. That was because it was easy to control the sub corporation of the Crown.

   To prove this private nature you have to go back to 1751 to see how the Founding Fathers were completely controlled in 1787 and before, and why they wrote what was dictated to them to put in a corporate charter for the sub corporation of the Crown called the United States, to operate. On the Board of trade was John Locke, the writer of freedom that all revere, but he was not for freedom of the colonies as he helped write the Restraining act.

   It was March 1751 when the British Board of Trade wrote a restraining Act baring the colonies from issuing paper money, letters of credit, in order to force them to accept gold and silver for goods exchange. That way they could better control the colonies, as England , France etc had all the gold and silver and we had none. I wrote about that and in my book The New History, I copied the only real Note, the Mass Bay notes that caused this country to flourish. Even Emanual Josephson wrote about this note in his books.

   The basic cause of the 1776 war was the persistent effort of the Board of Trade to maintain the power of the purse over the colonies by preventing them the use of paper money. This is why the king controlled the writing of the Constitution and the so called Founding fathers caved in to the demands of the King who was controlled the Bank of England, and why the con job denies the government the right to issue paper money and use only coin, so the bank could better control the purse. Is this yet another nail in the coffin, that the people tell Montgomery and me that the Treaty of Peace was the final giving up the British Rule? Most all patriots do not comprehend what they read in the Treaty of Peace nor do they know history enough to draw such conclusions. The US did not produce any gold or silver and relied on trade to obtain the gold and silver and why the con job forbade the setting up of charter banks. It's all a big scam pulled off by the Crown. The con job that you call the Constitution was controlled by the Crown. They could control Congress much better when restricted to coin. And forbid them to have banks and charter them. You can read that in Madison 's Federalist Paper XLIII explaining the barring of Congress to issue Notes. It wasn't Congress that set the value of silver, it was the Crown via the Board of Trade. And you think we won the war of 1776? Had we won the war, the founding fathers would have said to the Crown, who do you think you are telling us we have to use only silver and gold and we can't have banking to reinstate the Mass Bay Note that brought us prosperity? Be gone with you, never to show yourself as a ruler. BUT, they didn't, did they. They let the King Dictate the Treaty of Peace and he did all the talking. Did this happen in WWII on the deck of the US battleship The Missouri ? No. Who did all the settings of terms for Japan ? General MacArthur did. The King was as Bush is, a puppet and so will Obama be a puppet to the Bank of England.

   Hey, I know you and no one likes to hear this, but we do have the documentation to back this up as does Josephson and T. Cushing Daniel.. The Constitution was written by the founding fathers under duress. The Crown said it would confiscate all their property here and in Europe when they threatened to blockade America . They could do this as we had no navy at all. We were sold down the river people, pure and simple and you fell for it. Yes I did in the beginning also, but I decided to do something rather than just gripe. I went to the Library and spent years there digging this stuff out.

This is a prelude to a new book coming out that as of yet has no title.
